APEX XRPL DEVELOPERS SUMMIT

With a hybrid format, the summit catered to both in-person attendees and virtual participants, attracting 1.6K viewers via livestream globally. The goal was to introduce more people to the initiatives on the XRP Ledger.

DESIGNING AN INNOVATIVE SUMMIT:

As the world slowly emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic, C&S faced the challenge of organizing a safe and successful hybrid event. The team partnered with the newly-opened Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, making it Ripple’s first live event. With Nevada ahead of other regions in terms of reopening, C&S navigated uncharted territories, prioritizing health and safety measures for the production crew, clients, guest speakers, and conference attendees.

PRODUCTION PLANNING & EXECUTION:

C&S took charge of key production planning and execution for both the live and virtual event elements. This included managing keynote presentations, networking sessions, breakout sessions, and a VIP after party. The team also oversaw crucial program components such as registration, health and safety protocols, food and beverage arrangements, program consulting, and show calling. Additionally, C&S efficiently handled speaker and talent management to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

RESULTS & IMPACT:

The Apex XRPL Developers Summit successfully brought together a diverse community of blockchain enthusiasts and professionals. The event facilitated knowledge sharing, collaboration, and networking opportunities for developers in the field.
