CHECKR FORWARD CONFERENCE
Charlie & Sprocket (C&S) was hired by Checkr, a modern, AI-driven background check platform, to project manage, design, and produce their annual flagship event, Checkr Forward 2019. The event served as a vital platform for connection, growth, and exploration of the future of work, bringing together an eclectic mix of thought leaders, industry experts, and innovators in San Francisco.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Our first step was to thoroughly understand Checkr’s vision and objectives for the event. Once we had a clear understanding, we strategized on a comprehensive project plan that incorporated every facet of the event, from design to production, registration, and off-site simulations.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION:
With an eye on fostering an environment of connection and growth, we incorporated a theme that echoed Checkr’s brand ethos throughout the venue’s design. In addition to designing and installing large format print to the exterior of the venue (SF Jazz) for BIG impact and wow moment, C&S also created custom interactive installations to keep the audience engaged. Experience design strategy, consumer flow and thoughtful spatial planning ensured seamless transitions between the various segments of the event.
REGISTRATION & WELCOME RECEPTION:
We understood the importance of setting the right tone at the outset, which was crucial to ensuring a memorable attendee experience. To achieve this, we managed a smooth and efficient registration process and orchestrated an inviting welcome reception. Our team facilitated quick check-ins, warm greetings, and provided all necessary information to the attendees.
OFF-SITE SIMULATION:
Charlie & Sprocket also managed an off-site simulation designed to provide a practical perspective on the insights shared during the event. This simulation served as a highlight, enabling attendees to experience firsthand the transformative potential of Checkr’s solutions.
